Behaviour Assessments
Consultations will be arranged at a time and date to suit you. I will come to your house or meet at an appropriate location, e.g., walk.
Prior to a consultation, you will receive an assessment form that goes into in-depth detail about your canine companion's behavioural history. Please fill this in as honestly and in detail as you can and return it to me via email. Please feel free to send as many pre-existing photos or videos of the behaviour that you may have; but please do not put yourself, your dog, or any other people or animals in an unsafe situation just to get a picture or video of their behaviour.
During your in-person consultation, we will discuss the behavioural history provided and observe it in person. From this consultation, you can expect that I will take away my observations and the information gathered to devise an appropriate and in-depth plan that ensures all angles of behavioural possibilities are addressed, providing you with the best and most suitable behaviour modification plan based on extensive observed, scientific and educated findings.
In some cases, this consultation may identify the causation immediately; however, it is expected that I will identify and address the cause of observed behaviour after taking my information and observations away for further analysis. Following that, the modification programme will be explained and tested.
The consultation usually lasts up to 1.5 hours, and often only one is required.

Online Consultations
I can offer an online consultation that you can access from the comfort of your own home. We can access behaviour consultations using online platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp video, and others, which follow the same framework as in-person consultations.
Prior to this consultation, you will be given a detailed assessment form to complete, with the request that you offer as much detail as possible. Following that, a video chat will be scheduled at your convenience, and, just like an in-person consultation, I will develop a bespoke behaviour modification plan for you and your pet, which you will receive following our appointment.
Although an in-person consultation is more advantageous since it enables me to observe how your dog responds in various situations and therefore has practical limitations, this does not imply that this is an unattainable service. In our initial correspondence we will review if this is an appropriate service for you and your pet, as in some cases an in-person consultation may be necessary.
